Glowyerownway is a values led enterprise, created and run by Tony Bamforth.

The aim of Glowyerownway is to play an active part in growing a diverse and inclusive community, connecting people and organisations who are living, learning and working wholeheartedly; with courage and compassion.

We do this using an 'integral' approach, understanding that by cultivating self-compassion, emotional literacy, individual, social and cultural awareness, we create opportunities for people and organisations to gain insight, develop wisdom and discern how best to take action to make society kinder, fairer more inclusive and courageous. 

In valuing courage, accepting that (and understanding how) our willingness to own and engage with our own vulnerability is necessary for courage, we encourage each other to show up fully - growing and 'glowing' in wholeness.
